PNG offers flat rates for interstate (4.5 cents/min), intrastate, and international calls with 1-minute billing increments and a 1-minute per call minimum (60-second per call minimum for international calls). PNG service also includes numerous options such as travel card (12.9 cents/min) and toll free in-bound service. The 4.5 cents/min rate plan is available for both business and residential users.

*Please note: if your combined (all lines) usage is less than $15, PNG will apply a $2.50 charge. Likewise, a 30¢ surcharge applies to toll free and calling card calls originating from payphones. All rates exclude Federal Universal Service Fee. Business customers are also subject to a monthly Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charge (PICC). Calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI are 16.9 cents/min. 

Monthly Charges: Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charge (PICC), is a fee that local phone companies charge long distance carriers for each business telephone line connected to their network.

All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the Federal Universal Service Fund (also known as USF) which provides communications services to schools, rural health care facilities, and certain other entities. USF applies to interstate and international billing and monthly recurring and non-recurring charges. The Federal Universal Service Fee is assessed on interstate and international calls only. USF Business: 7.94%   USF Residential: 7.94% 

International Calling: PNG offers competitive international rates to more than 220 countries. International calls are billed in six-second increments with 60-second per-call minimum. PNG offers flat, country-specific international rates.
