A. Buyers Online uses several different underlying carriers.
The underlying carrier that you are on is determined by the
state you are in. Buyers Online uses the Qwest,
Frontier, IXC (Switched Services) networks. Again, the
carrier is dependent upon the state.
Q. Does Buyers Online offer calling cards?
A. Yes. The rate is currently 9.9¢ per minute.
Q. What are the billing increments for the calling card?
A. All calls are billed in 6 second increments, with a 30
second minimum.
Q. How do I receive my Calling Card (s)?
A. Your Calling Cards will be mailed within 5 to 7 business
days upon approval of your order.
Q. How are Personal Identification Numbers (PIN's)
assigned?
A. Personal Identification Numbers (PIN's) are the 4 digit
code that is requested when you sign up.
Q. Is there a monthly charge for my Calling Cards?
A. There is no additional charge for the calling card.
However, the Buyers Online service does have a $1.95 monthly
fee. A customer can order a calling card only if they
choose to get the charges billed directly to their credit
card. If a customer chooses long distance, they can
choose to get billed directly or via a credit card payment.

Directory.

A. The rate on your toll free number (s) is the same low 5.47¢/min.

existing toll number (s) will be activated within 2 business
days.

residential order?
A. We require the Social Security number to obtain a credit
profile report.
Q. Can I find out what information was obtained from the
credit profile report?
A. The information obtained is confidential and by law, can
not be provided. You can obtain a free copy of your credit
profile report from the credit agency.
Q. Why is a Bank Name and Account Number required for a
business order?
A. We require the Bank Name and Account Number to verify bank
account information and history.

A. It takes 5-7 business days from the time your order is
verified.

A. The $1.95 Billing Fee is charged each month that you are
a Buyers Online customer.

Q. Does Buyers Online credit switching fees?
A. Yes. Up to $10 will be charged by your local phone
company to switch your long distance service to Buyers
Online. When you get your local telephone bill, and it shows
the switching fee, keep a copy of those page (s) and send
them in with your first Buyers Online payment. The
credit will then appear on your next invoice.

Service Fund) of 5.9% will be charged on all interstate and
international calls.

A. Buyers Online is a direct-billed service, which means
customers will receive a separate statement each month for
their long distance service.

A. Yes, you can choose to have your charges billed directly to
your credit card.
